AI Transparency Check

As of 2 August 2026, the transparency obligations under Art. 50 of the EU AI Act apply. This check gives you a first assessment in a few steps of whether your AI content must be visibly labelled or whether a technical marking is relevant. What matters is whether the content is directed at the EU market – regardless of the provider's location.
